I just placed an order. When will it ship?
If the product is in stock, we usually pack and process orders the same day or the next business day after they come in. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. We ship directly from our Albany, Georgia warehouse via USPS, so you can expect efficient and reliable delivery. For most orders, tracking numbers will be available within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at eric@autilove.com.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our site are listed in USD.
I'm not in love with my order. Can it be returned?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If the product arrives defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the product, we’ll issue a full refund for your original purchase. Be sure to include your name and order number in the return shipment. To start a return please email eric@autilove.com.
Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Simply email us at eric@autilove.com. If the item has already been sent, you can still return it using our easy return process to receive a full refund.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you realize there's an error in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at eric@autilove.com within 24 hours. We can update the address within this timeframe. Unfortunately, we can't make changes after 24 hours or once the package has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Since we ship directly from our Albany, Georgia warehouse, U.S. shipping typically takes 2-5 business days once the order is processed. Orders are usually packed and shipped on the day they’re received or the next business day (or Monday, if received over the weekend).
